What Is Your True Biological Age?
Are you physically older or younger than your birth year? Answer all questions below to get your estimated biological age, personalized recommendations, and a plan to reduce it by up to 10 years.
What biological age actually measures
Biological age is an estimate of how your body is functioning relative to your chronological age — the number of years you've been alive. While your chronological age advances at a fixed rate, your biological age can move faster or slower depending on the daily choices you make about movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and recovery. Two people born in the same year can have biological ages that differ by a decade or more.
This assessment draws on well-established lifestyle and health indicators that research has linked to physiological aging — things like muscle mass, cardiovascular activity, sleep quality, dietary patterns, and stress management. By evaluating these modifiable inputs, the calculator produces an estimated biological age that reflects how your current habits may be accelerating or slowing the aging process. It is an educational tool, not a clinical or diagnostic test, and it does not measure your DNA, blood markers, or cellular health. Think of it as a mirror that reflects the cumulative impact of your daily decisions — and a roadmap for where targeted changes can move the needle.
How this assessment is calculated
The calculator begins with your chronological age as a baseline, then adjusts the estimate across five input domains: baseline biometrics (height, weight, and body mass index), physical activity (strength training frequency, cardio frequency, and sedentary hours), diet and nutrition (whole-food intake, processed-food consumption, alcohol, and hydration), sleep and stress (sleep duration, sleep quality, daily stress level, and stress-reduction practices), and habits and health (nicotine use, chronic conditions, preventive care, and social connection).
Each answer adds or subtracts years from your baseline based on how that behavior is known to influence physiological function. The final number is an estimate for educational purposes — not a medical assessment or a substitute for professional guidance. It is designed to help you identify which lifestyle domains are working in your favor and which ones may benefit from targeted improvement.
