Yes, anyone can sign up for a single class. If it’s your first time working out at Fusion Fitness, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your session to fill out a liability waiver and meet your coach. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling to the next available workout.
All workouts are designed to fit your individual fitness level. For first-time participants, coaches will adjust exercises and weights to suit your current abilities. For experienced individuals seeking a bigger challenge, coaches will scale exercises to meet your needs.
Your journey begins with scheduling a starting point session and meeting with a coach. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals and lifestyle. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan to help you start achieving results.
We provide Semi-Private Personal Training, Large Group Bootcamp, Yoga, Stretch Therapy, and our 30/30 Program, which combines 30 minutes of Personal Training with 30 minutes of Stretch Therapy.
Fusion Fitness does not have locker rooms, but we do provide storage for your belongings. We recommend traveling light with just a towel, water, and your post-workout protein shake.
